3Mind Games inc. is an independent company dedicated to developing high quality video games and interactive entertainment that are original, innovative and rich in emotion. The company was founded in 2014 by two motivated veterans, in the industry since 1997. The founders are huge gamers, they have played games since the Atari Era, and never stopped... 

Vision

Develop AAA Indie Games that are comparable to other major studios with a smaller team, using internal tools, software, and techniques; to produce more within a shorter period of time. 

We support the new talents with internships through the Rookie Division program. 

We help them gain experience to enlarge the pool of talents already high around Montreal. Through this program, we analyze the juniors’ talents, and keep only the best of the bests. 

We innovate in the way our gameplay is developed in our project, we develop technologies, and we innovate on old elements and standards. 

We are building a solid portfolio or project, including one released game on Steam (The Protagonist: EX-1).

3Mind Games wants to inspire future graduates by offering unique internships within the Rookie Division program. Every employee that we hired, will be treated as if they were our own “family ‘’. We’re investing in our employees for the long-term. 

Finally, we want to have a significant impact on the industry by reimagining the way video games are designed, developed and consumed.
